Parkinson Training Kelowna

Meeting Location:
Northern most parking lot next to the Rails with Trails bike/pedestrian path along Clement Ave. The entrance is off Spall Rd just south of the intersection with Clement Ave and must be entered while driving south on Spall Rd toward Highway 97. See the map below.
Safety:
There is some vehicle traffic in parking lots, access roads, and major roads around the outer edges of the map. There are also other park users and likely sporting events - please be respectful of other people. Lighting is limited on large portions of the map - please bring a headlight.
Registration:
Online registration is now closed. A few extra maps for each course will be printed for possible last-minute participants.
Timing/Results:
This
is a series of low key orienteering events using simple temporary
markers and no electronic timing. If you wish to record your own time
and route using a watch, phone, or GPS please feel free. You MUST still check in at the finish so that we know you are out of
the woods and do not start looking for you.
Cost:
There is no cost to participate in these trainings, however membership in the Sage Orienteering Club is required.
Membership:
2019 Membership in Sage Orienteering Club is required to cover insurance. The costs for new membership are:
- $5/Junior
- $10/Adult
- $20/Family
