Salmon Arm - Bastion/SASS Salmon Arm Weeknights

Description:
Meet at Bastion school field. There will be 3 stations to rotate through including a Speed-O (work on your speed through terrain), a Memory-O (work on simplifying the map), and a control setting practice activity (work on reading detail). The Bastion and Sullivan school yards will be used, so the terrain is mostly open ground with some forest. There will be some private property and gardens that are clearly marked on the map. Please stay off of these areas during the event. Experienced orienteers will be on hand to instruct and assist beginners.
Schedule:
5:30pm: Registration opens
6:00pm: Courses open
7:30pm: Courses close
How to Register:
Please register by clicking the green +Register button on the right hand side of this page. This will guarantee that a map will be printed for you at the event. Prices can be found further down this page. A limited number of extra maps will also be printed. If you have not yet registered as a member of the Sage Orienteering Club the Sage Membership Form, which is necessary to cover insurance is found further down this page.
