Updates:

  • Event registration is now live (as of Saturday morning) at the link with the green button above.

Event Info:

Park in the South Canoe trail parking lot. You will have to walk approximately 300 meters up the logging road to the start.

There is a beginner, intermediate, and advanced course. The advanced course is long for those who want some training for the long course at Westerns in Kelowna. There is an option to cut-off at control 5 to control 12 if you don't have enough time to do the full course.

The controls are orange and white flags - the same as previous courses.

These trails are used by mountain bikers so be prepared to get out of the way if necessary.

If you have done the Salmon Arm self directed courses this spring we strongly encourage you to meet the broader orienteering community at Westerns on June 3,4 at McCulloch Lake just past the turn off to Big White on Hwy 33. See the events on this website for more details.
