Overview

Welcome to our Kelowna fall training series through September and into early October! These low-key orienteering activities will happen every Wednesday evening at 6:00pm at a different location in the Kelowna area. There will be both beginner and advanced courses, so there is something for everyone and their family.

Meeting Location

See map pin at bottom of page for exact meeting location. Parking here is on the edge of the road, and is very limited. If you are fit, and want a ~5 minute warm-up, please consider parking just up the hill at the Community Park/Firehall where there is far more ample parking. We just don't want parents with young kids parking up there, and having to walk along Goudie Rd which sometimes people are driving a bit too fast on.

Registration

If you have registered once for the fall series, you are good to go! We are expecting you!

If you are a Sage Orienteering Club member or a visiting member of another club, then register once for the fall series and participate in as many as you can! If you already registered for a previous event in this series, you're good to go. If you registered for the spring series, your membership is still valid, but please register for the fall series event so we know you are coming!

Cost

  • No cost to Sage Orienteering Club members
  • $5 for visitors from other Canadian and international orienteering clubs
  • $5 per event for day-of-event participants to try it out before getting a club membership

We try and keep costs to a bare minimum while still paying for insurance and map printing. Everybody here is a volunteer doing our best.
